Discovery Call

We will setup a time to chat or text to get you all the information you need to have a memorable session with Samantha Sinchek Photography.

Three

Contract + Deposit

Once we go over pricing and dates, I will send your contract and deposit. When those are returned, your session will be all booked!

Four

Fill Out Final Papers

A few days before our session, I will send out a questionnaire, the final invoice for the session, as well as a prep guide.

Five

Capture the Moments!

It’s time for your session! Once the session is over, I will send out a sneak peek and proofing gallery about a week after our session.

How Far in Advanced Do I need To Book My Session with You?

Sessions book quickly so I always suggest as soon as possible. For newborns, I usually book 2-3 months in advance. Family, maternity & senior sessions book quickly for the fall.

What Cities Will you Travel To For Sessions?

Sessions are done within 20 miles of 45236. There are lots of great parks in the Greater Cincinnati area we can use. All newborn sessions are done at my studio in Maineville, Ohio.

How Long Does it Take You to Provide The Final Photos?

You will get a proofing gallery 1-2 weeks after your session. Final images will be sent 3-4 weeks after you make your selections from the proofing gallery.

How do I reserve my session?

Session are officially booked once you have completed and retuned the contract and deposit information.

What should I wear to my family or Maternity Session?

You’ll want to cherish these photos forever, so wearing the right clothing is key. I highly suggest wearing something you’re comfortable in but is timeless. Maxi skirts, dress, flowy shirt, button-down shirts, even jeans! Just don’t go too casual. If you need more ideas, just let me know and I have some great Pinterest ideas!
