Sometimes you just know when a session is going to be magical. Everything stacks up just right. The location looks perfect, the weather is semi-cooperating, and the model is a stunner. This was one of those sessions. Theresa is a very close friend of Alyssa, who I photographed a few weeks ago. I knew that any friend of Alyssa’s was going to have a great personality. And she didn’t disappoint.
Theresa is a senior at Ursuline Academy here in Cincinnati. She very active in sports and in her academics. When I first met Theresa at a prom photo shoot a few months ago, my first thought was “I hope that girl gets her senior photos done through me because she is gorgeous and such a sweetheart!” So when she emailed to book a session, I was super excited. Theresa was a natural in front of the camera, and never shied away from any of the crazy ideas I came up with. I think it also helped that Alyssa was there to help her relax and be natural in front of the camera.
She picked Ault Park here in Cincinnati as the location for the senior session, one of my favorite places to photograph seniors. It sprinkled on and off during the session, but the girls made the best of it. I love all the colors we were able to capture in Theresa’s senior photo session, I feel like they just enhanced her already beautiful look.
